Before you call us or contact us via the form below, we would like you to prepare some information that we will need to make the order:

• The box model name
• The box serial or order number
• The products manufacturing year (and sometimes month)
• Name the spare parts you want and how many you want of each (if possible, write with article number of the spare parts)
