Technical Sales & Service at ScanBox
Simon has been working at ScanBox for almost a year and is managing technical sales and service support. He is constantly working on improvements making sure that ScanBox customers are receiving the right typ of service at the right time. Furthermore, he is a link between sales and engineering in order to facilitate the development of unique solutions tailored to customers’ needs – or as we say at ScanBox: Custom made!
His most recent position was within sales and database development at a chemical processing company, which he started to work at while acquiring a bachelor’s degree in Informatics at Malmö University.
Why did ScanBox peak your interest?
“ScanBox has an entrepreneurial work environment where there are plenty of opportunities to influence and help develop the company for years to come. At the same time, ScanBox operate on a Global market, which creates a variety of needs and challenges, I like that!”
“Also, ScanBox’s position on the market is, in my opinion, a company that wants to be at the forefront when it comes to innovation in food transport solutions. Constantly looking for new ways to optimize and improve products and solutions in accordance with customers’ needs.”
What projects are you prioritizing since starting your position at ScanBox?
“Continue establish and improve a well-functioning service network starting within Sweden and expanding it internationally. I want all of ScanBox’s customers to be guaranteed the best possible service with minimum down time. Also, digitalization in the food service industry is also an exciting component, where I think there are many interesting opportunities to further explore – such as our connected boxes IoFood.”
What is your vision for After Sales and Service?
“I want existing and future customers to always feel secure that ScanBox provides a worry-free experience with a proactive approach and a competent well-rounded service organization. I want our service to be perceived with the same high quality as our products!”
