
ScanBox strengthens global service with 200 trained technicians
The ScanBox service network continues to expand worldwide. Over the past year, nearly 200 service technicians have been trained to ensure our products receive the best possible service and support – wherever in the world they are used.
We are proud that our international service network keeps growing. Over the past year, we have conducted several technical training programs and workshops together with our partners around the world.
So far, nearly 200 service technicians from 36 different service companies in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, India, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden have been trained in how to maintain, service and upgrade ScanBox food transport boxes.
The goal is clear: to strengthen the technical expertise of our service partners, expand service capacity and ensure consistent, professional and reliable support for all our customers – no matter where in the world they are.
With a growing network of well-trained technicians and service engineers, we can guarantee that our products not only deliver top quality at delivery but also receive the right support throughout their entire lifecycle.
