At the Federsee Health Center in Bad Buchau, Germany, food is more than just nourishment – it is an essential part of care and recovery. Every day, around 3 000 meals are prepared and distributed from the central kitchen to multiple service points across the health center.

Meals are prepared in GN 1/1 gastronorm pans and loaded directly into ScanBox units in the kitchen. From there, they travel through an underground network of corridors and elevators, reaching clinical wards, nursing homes, the restaurant, and the café. Even when fully loaded, the trolleys move smoothly and are easy to handle, helping staff keep a steady pace throughout the day.
